Complaints and Returns

In accordance with the Act on consumer law protection date to 30.05.2014 (Journal of Law 2014 pos. 827 and amendments) the Client is entitled to return the Product purchased online without providing a cause of return.   

In case of Contract termination the Client is obliged to send back Goods Return Form within 14 days and to send back the product, at Client’s own expense, including the original proof of purchase (VAT Invoice or fiscal bill) within 30 days.

The returned Product and its packaging cannot bear the marks of use or be damaged.

Complaints are processed within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned Product. The money for a returned Product will be transferred to the Client to the bank account indicated in the statement within seven working days from the positive complaint processing. Product re-sending costs are not returned.

A Client can quit a prepaid course up to 7 calendar days before its beginning. In such case the Client receives 90% of the amount paid. After that date the money will not be returned, but they can be counted as payment for another course.
